Empathy Is A Primary Driving Force In All That We Do

The way we see it, everyone is our customer from our members and their families to our partners to the warfighters. As a team, we strive to deliver engineering excellence to the end user because anything less is unacceptable. They are doing “whatever it takes” to accomplish their missions, even putting their lives on the line to defend our freedom in some cases, so why should we do any less? We put ourselves in their shoes, and in your shoes, before making any decisions.

We’re In It For The Long Haul

Tired of acquisitions and management changes?  We don’t plan on going anywhere, plain and simple.  You may have seen our posts on the Red Alpha LinkedIn page showcasing our new office space on Columbia Gateway Drive (which includes a state-of-the-art gym!), recent contract wins, or even recent additions to our team.  We are investing in our company, our people, and our customers because we expect long-term stability and success, and we hope you’ll share that with us. 

Are You Having Fun

Because we are.  We like to reward ourselves after overcoming that insurmountable mountain or executing that impossible feat.  From whisky tastings to pumpkin pickings to our yearly holiday gala and happy hours (let’s not forget grilled cheese day!), we know how to have a good time. 

One Of Our Hands Is For Helping

Our community is no less important to us than our work.  Some of the current charities we support include Toys for Tots, Angel Tree, Compassion International, Hope House, and Alzheimer’s Association. We have a responsibility to help the community however we can and we’re always open to new suggestions (ra-cares@red-alpha.com). If it’s important to you, it’s important to us.
